Important Notes

Security deposit and incidentals:

Upon check-in, all guests are required to leave the equivalent of US$50 (BDS $100) per night as a security deposit for incidental charges. There are no exceptions to this policy. The deposit may be placed in cash or with a credit card. 

Minimum age requirement for check-in:

Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their stay. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.

Beach towel exchange:

Beach towels are provided. The first beach towel is free of charge with environmental levy of US$3.00 per wash thereafter. Fee is subject to change without notice

Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, heated cigarettes and vape alternatives are only permitted in limited designated areas of the hotel. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms, on balconies and patios or in public areas such as the Cocos, Jakes, or Captain Charlie's. Smoking cigars and pipes is not permitted anywhere on property. This policy aligns with our environmental practices and offers a healthy environment for all our guests. Coconut Court reserves the right to charge a guest up to US$500 who is found to be smoking in a room or public area for the additional cleaning charges that the hotel will incur.

  • The hospitality suite must be reserved at front desk (subject to availability)
  • No elevators on property. Guest rooms are accessed by stairs only.

In preparation for the upcoming season, last-minute soft maintenance at Coco's Restaurant will take place from Sept 16 - Oct 05/24.

During this period, alternative dining arrangements have been made. Breakfast and lunch will be served at Captain Charlie's Beach Bar, while dinner will be served at Jake's Restaurant.  Guests can still look forward to the sumptuous and delectable dishes that the restaurant is renonwed for.

The supplier does not anticipate any disruptions related to noise or to the high level of service that Coconut Court Beach Hotel consistently provides.

Please be advised, Captain Charlies Beach Bar will be closed until September 1,2024 due to renovations.

Please take note of the planned summer maintenance that will be taking place at the Coconut Court Beach Hotel. All enhancement work is scheduled to take place from July 7, 2025 with expected completed of September 30, 2025. Each project will carry its own timeline per below.

  • Structural repairs - stairwell to Coco's Restaurant - July 7-31, 2025
  • Roof repairs - Superior & Deluxe Oceanfront blocks
    • Includes removal, servicing, and reinstallation of photovoltaic and solar water panels: July 14 - September 30, 2025
  • Walkway beautification (to begin after stairwell repairs - July 31 - September 30, 2025
  • General Updates - Annex Apartments (Landside)
    • Work to be carried out in two phases, first six apartments, followed by the remaining five. Guests travelling during this period will be reallocated to the main hotel. Scheduled from: August 6 - Sepetember 30, 2025

The resort will take every measure to minimize disruption and ensure guests' comfort throughout the upgrade period. The operational plan includes the following:

  • Work hours limited from 9:30 am - 5:00 pm daily
  • Temporary closure of selected areas or facilities as needed.
  • Rooms near active work zones will be removed from inventory.
  • Signage and alternative access routes will be clearly marked, with on-site assistance provided.
